Our self-catering holiday homes are set amid magnificent Scottish scenery on a beautiful private estate and include a romantic woodland hideaway (sleeps 2/4 and a charming Victorian Garden Cottage (sleeps 4) in the grounds of 18th century Rusko House.

All our cottages are inspected and graded annually under the VisitScotland Quality Assurance Scheme and we have also been awarded Walkers, Cyclists and Golfers Welcome Awards. We are also members of the Association for Scotland’s Self-Caterers.

The Garden Cottage has been awarded a Category 3 (Access for visitors with mobility difficulties) Award.

We are constantly improving and upgrading our properties and we strive to provide all our visitors with a quality personal service to ensure that they enjoy their holiday to the utmost.
